Who: Serves All Ages

What: The mission of Lorain County Community Action Agency is to serve and empower Lorain County residents in need.

Community Action changes people’s lives, embodies the spirit of hope, improves communities, and makes America a better place to live. We care about the entire community and we are dedicated to helping people help themselves and each other.

Since LCCAA was created, we have acted as a provider for a wide range of public and private resources, programs and policies which give individuals the opportunity to improve the quality of life for themselves, their families and their communities. We strive to help others to seek self-sufficiency through the pursuit of values, expectations and the development of responsibility.

LCCAA aims to reduce the incidence and impact of poverty by strengthening and empowering individuals, families and communities. We provide services to aid in emergencies and to help individuals become and remain self-sufficient.
