Need: Intake Worker: Receive telephone requests for help, assess and analyze the need, make appropriate referrals, and request appropriate documentation for verification.
Intake Receptionist:Answer the telephone. Prepare client and record for intake
Clearinghouse Support: Support the clearinghouse in non-client related tasks (clerical, cleaning, etc)
Client Follow Up: Conduct follow-up calls to determine if needs were met and that churches have an opportunity to build relationships with clients.
