Serve our guests with limited mobility as they enter the building for Services and the Ambassador class by coordinating our valet service. Attendant is responsible for guiding the valets in a prompt, organized and courteous manner, as well as monitoring the key lockbox. Like our Parking Lot Greeters, valets are sensitive to the needs of our guests as soon as they arrive on campus. Be familiar with the campus layout and how to guide our guests. Several resources exist to aid valets in their service, from umbrellas and cones, to flags and vests. Be enthusiastic and genuine when greeting families.
